Why should I do a subscription-based service?
You get to enjoy a well-maintained property all year long. Instead of dumping money each season into massive cleanups and reacting to invasive plant takeovers, spend a small amount each month to achieve the same (or better) results. You can rest easy knowing that you have to deal with one contractor versus hiring a new one each time work needs to be completed.
This model of business allows me to focus on building the strongest network of specialists to ensure your property is functional, safe, healthy, and compliments your lifestyle.
What is the cost?
The baseline package starts at $150/month ($1,800 per year). Billing is the 1st of the month.
You can always add services/objectives each month. This would include spending additional time, building new garden beds, planting, hardscapes, and much more. Small add-on’s will be invoiced with the monthly subscription. Large projects will be negotiated and invoiced as a separate payment structure.
You may need to begin with a large cleanup but afterwards, is when you reap the rewards of this offering!
Anything outside of a 20-mile radius of my HQ in Morrow will be subject to an additional fee.
Materials/supplies are an extra cost. The amount of beds to be maintained may also dictate a higher fee.
How do I pay?
You can pay via cash, check (made payable to Beastmode Contracting LLC), zelle, or by debit/credit card (coming soon).
Annual Subscription Deal: If you pay in full for an entire year of service, you’ll receive 4 additional credit hours and all 28 hours will be available for use immediately.
Referral Bonus: For every person you refer, receive 1 additional credit hour, applied to your balance after their first payment.
What services should I expect to get each month?
Once the initial cleanup is finished, I will show up once per month (up to 2 hours) to remove weeds and invasive plants (undesirables). If you have weeds entering hardscapes, patios, decks, I will uproot when possible and spray with a natural weed killer. I will trim/shape shrubs and prune trees. I will focus on the curb appeal first and tackle the sides and backyard after that. I will notify you when I will be on the premises for full transparency.
How do I sign up?
Fill out the form below and submit. I will be in contact within 24-72 hours to review the application and talk about on-boarding you as a long-term client.
How do I cancel?
You are free to cancel anytime (no refunds, you will lose all remaining credits). However, you will be placed at the end of the waiting list if you decide you’d like to rejoin our subscription service. There are a limited number of slots available (30 total).
How many clients do you serve?
First come, first serve! I serve 30 clients. If someone cancels, the next household/client from the waiting list will be on-boarded to fill the active roster. As the business grows, so will the active roster.
What about during the winter time?
There is plenty to do in the winter time. This is the time to remove limbs from dormant trees and prune other bushes and flowers. Adding mulch to the garden beds will add insulation and maintain a steady soil temperature. Roots need to be protected against cold temperatures to improve re-activation of the plant in the spring. Watering plants is still vital given specific conditions. As long the ground is not frozen, hardscaping projects can be performed. It is also easier to install lighting outdoors during the winter.
Additionally, we can spend time together working on plans for the following year. This is a great time for me to invest in networking, which ultimately has a net positive impact on your landscape.
Alternatively, you can choose to have no work done during the winter and I will save your monthly funds to go toward a bigger spring cleanup project. (Think about it like an HSA style account.)
What happens if you take time off to go on a vacation or family emergency?
We will leave you in good hands via another contractor, if this impacts your scheduled visits.
Can I add larger projects?
Absolutely! We can perform any project you need.
